Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Brady served as an extern for the USCIS Texas Service Center Counsel's Office. She later joined the law firm of Epstein Becker Green Wickliff & Hall in Dallas, Texas as an associate attorney in its immigration practice group.
She focuses on employment and family-based immigration matters including L-1A/B, H-1B, TN, E-2, EB-5, PERM alien labor certification, immigrant visa petitions, naturalization and other related matters.
